·   Provisioning of Type 2 and type 4, 1G and 10G NNI Ethernet circuits. Create orders in BGW (NETPRO), working orders through UPI(PC).  Create CDR’s for LD. Create local orders to collo’s or POP’s. Create OC12’s to support NNI LD ckts.  Coordinate orders with various groups both inside and outside VZB, work directly with LECS/ILECS to see that orders are implemented correctly. Submit ASR’s. Verizon Business-Optical Provisioner - June, 2008 to July 2010

·   Optical provisioning of Wholesale and Retail OC3’s, OC12’s, OC48’s, USPL and MPL Wave type circuits, Ethernet and PIP ATM/Frame Circuits.  Provision circuits via Legacy MCI/WorldCom, MFS systems, TCOMS, F&E and LEC Interface systems.  This entails processing CDR’s, ASR’s PVC’s and involves systems such as SMARTS, COMS, NETCOM, NETPRO, MECCA and UPI.  Cross Provisioning of Option1 and Option2 (Local and LD networks) and combinations of all of the above.  Work closely with LEC, customers and implementation groups for clean order processes and clarification. 

 

Glotel Inc. - CARE Team (Verizon Business) – Nov 2007 to June, 2008

·   Assist in escalating and moving orders forward, send and SUP ASRs, LEC address verification, seek on-net verification for locations, engage sales/IM’s for further instructions toward install, Contact LEC for status on ASRs and work with circuit designers. Track high bandwidth orders through test and install.  Escalate internally to seek resolution of pending issues toward resolve.  Update spreadsheets accordingly.  Monitor and update tickets daily with order progress.

 

                   MCI/WorldCom- Circuit Designer/Provisioner - 1997-2002             

·   Solely responsible for the order entry, provisioning and designing of circuits for the internal group, which included call-centers, POP’s, core sites, sales offices and nodes, domestic and international;  including frame relay, switched voice and video access.  Worked on analog and voice circuitry from DS-0’s to DS-3’s. Worked in OrderPro, Intrada Pro, IXPLUS, Activation Manager, F&E, TCOMS and COMS.  Designed ISDN Primary Rates with an understanding of Nortel Option 11 & 81, 0x32 and 8x24 PBX’s.  Coordinated and interfaced with Local Exchange Carriers and Inter-Exchange Carriers.  Created and tracked ASR’s and DLR’s.  Maintained and utilized an extensive company wide database.  Designed network for the prepaid calling card platform and VPN.  Designed and provisioned alarming circuits for all new DMS-250 and Sage switches in the U.S.   Utilized many programs in which to program circuits, F & E, OA for trunk groups and AS400.  Maintained data base for all calling cards. D/I Mux III Certified Technician.
